Clima is a contemporary art gallery that was opened in Milan in 2016 by Francesco Lecci. Clima was founded with the desire and commitment to add new perspectives to the contemporary art scene. In 2021 Clarissa Grechi joined the gallery as partner.
The first gallery venue was in the Porta Venezia Contemporary Art District and was an apartment gallery space in an historical building which puts artists deeply and directly in relation with the historical fascination of the city. In September 2023 Clima moved to its second space located in the same district of Porta Venezia in a courtyard of an old Milanese building.
The gallery’s program includes solo exhibitions and group exhibitions, and the gallery also collaborates with Italian and international curators.
Clima also organizes off-site exhibitions in selected venues in Italy with artists from different generations and backgrounds.
Clima is part of ITALICS Art and Landscape and IGA, International Gallery Alliance.
Represented artists: Dana Lok, Vijay Masharani, Marie Matusz, Justine Neuberger, Valerio Nicolai, Lisa Dalfino & Sacha Kanah, Andrew Ross, Jason Gomez, Nicola Martini and Matteo Nasini.
